Pengaruh Keterampilan Guru Mengadakan Variasi Mengajar Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Kewirausahaan Materi Pokok Karakteristik Kewirausahaan Di Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Kotanopan
Abstract
This study aims to know whether there is the significant influence of teachers’ skill make teaching variation and learning motivation on students’ entrepreneurship achievement on the topic of the characteristics of entreThis study aims to know whether there is the significant influence of teachers’ skill make teaching variation and learning motivation on students’ entrepreneurship achievement on the topic of the characteristics of entrepreneurship at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kotanopan. The research was conducted by applying descriptive quantitative with 35 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 83 students. Questionnaire and documentation were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of teachers’ skill make teaching variation was 72.56 (good category), (b) the average of learning motivation was 75.28 (good category) and (c) the average of students’ characteristics of entrepreneurship achievement was 77.85 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using Ftest and help SPSS version 22, the result showed (a) there is the significant influence of teachers’ skill make teaching variation on students’ characteristics entrepreneurship achievement (b) there is no significant influence of learning motivation on students’ entrepreneurship achievement, and (c) there is the significant influence of teachers’ skill make teaching variation and learning motivation simultaneously on students’ characteristics entrepreneurship achievement at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kotanopan.preneurship at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kotanopan.
