PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN MODEL GROUP INVESTIGATION TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI PADA MATERI POKOK UANG DI KELAS X SMK NEGERI 4 PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The low learning outcomes of students in the material Money economy at the root of the problem in this study. One effort to improve learning outcomes in the subject matter the Money economy is the use of learning model Investigation Group. This study aimed to examine the effect of using learning model Investigation Group on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of Economics Moneys in Class X SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted in SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan in the span of months April to June. The method used is descriptive quantitative method and type of experimental method. The population in this study were all students of Class X SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan which totaled 152 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique, in order to obtain the sample of 39 students. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (t test).Based on calculations on statistical analysis shows that the average value of the use of learning model Investigation Group in the subject matter Moneys in Class X SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan at 3 (category "Good"), while the learning outcomes of students in the material economy principal Moneys before learning model uses Investigation Group obtained an average value of 60.77 (category "Enough") and after the use of learning models Investigation Group on Class X SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan average values ​​obtained 73,33 (category "Good/Completed"). Hypothesis is upheld in this study received he truth, based on calculations performed obtained "t - count" of 9.52, while the value of "t - table" at the 95% confidence level of db = N - 1 = 39-1 = 38 is 1.684 . Based on the results of consultation on these values, then the alternative hypothesis formulated in the study can be accepted or approved. Meaning that there is significant relationship between the use of learning models Investigation Group on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of economic Moneys in Class X SMK Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan .
