PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI MENYUSUN LAPORAN ARUS KAS XI AKUNTANSI SMK SWASTA KAMPUS PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

This study aims to describe of 1) using STAD learning model, 2) students’ cash flow statement achievement, and 3) whether there is a significant influence of using STAD learning model and students’ cash flow statement achievement. The research was conducted at the eleventh grade students of SMK swasta Kampus Padangsidimpuan by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 32 students as the sample and they were taken by using total sampling technique. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on the data analysis, it was found: (a) the average of using STAD learning model was 3 (good category), (b) the average of students’ cash flow statement achievement before using STAD learning model was 64.06 (enough category) and after using STAD learning model was 80.25 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistics by using paired sample ttest, the result showed tcalculated was less than ttable (11.85 >1.70). It means, there is significant influence of using STAD learning model and students’ cash flow statement achievement at the eleventh grade students of SMK swasta Kampus Padangsidimpuan.
