PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA PADA MATERI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 1 ANGKOLA BARAT

Abstract

ABSTRACT

               This study aims to find out the description of the effect of teacher competency on students' economic learning outcomes on the material of economic growth in class XI IPS of SMA Negeri Angkola Barat. This research was conducted using descriptive method. The population used was all students of Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Barat conducted by means of random sampling and selected techniques class XI IPS 3 So that the sample in this study could be class XI IPS 3 as many as 36 students. Data collection methods used are tests and questionnaires. Based on the results of calculations in the Descriptive data analysis illustrates that the average value of the teacher's pedagogic competence is equal to 73.19 in the "Good" category.

               While the average value of students' economic learning outcomes on material economic growth of 78.89 is in the "Good" category. Based on the results of calculations performed using the SPSS 22 application, the "t-count" value is 4.023. Based on the results of the calculation above, it can be concluded that the significant value of sig (2-tailed) is smaller than the value of α (0,000 <0,05). Or the hypothesis that is enforced can be accepted or approved. This means that there is a significant influence between teacher's Pedagogic Competence on economic learning outcomes of students of economic growth material in class XI IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Barat.
