PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM MEMBERIKAN PENGUATAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA DI KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 SIPIROK

Abstract

ABSTRACT

                   This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement on students’ entrepreneurship achievement at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok. The research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative with 50 students as the sample and they were taken by using random total sampling technique from 50 students. Questionnaire and documentation were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement was 3.16 (good category) and b) the average of students’ entrepreneurship achievement was 81.08 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using t_test, the result showed t_table was less than   t_calculated (1.667<5.781). ). It means, there is a significant influence of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement on students’ entrepreneurship achievement at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Sipirok.
