Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

                   This study aims to know a) describing of students’ demand achievement, b) describing students’ perfect competition market achievement, and c) whether there is a significant correlation of demand mastery on students’ economic achievement on the topic perfect competition market at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1Angkola Barat. The research was conducted by applying descriptive quantitative method with 34 students as the sample and they were taken by using purposive sampling technique from 100 students. Test was used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of students’ demand achievement was 73.23 (good category) and (b) the average of students’ perfect competition market achievement was 78.38 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using partial ttest , the result showed ttable was less than tcalcultaed  (1.696 <4.875). It means, there is a significant correlation of demand mastery on students’ economic achievement on the topic perfect competition market at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1Angkola Barat.
