This study aims to see an overview of the influence between the skills of teachers managing the class and providing reinforcement of the results of economic learning in the production material in class X Padangsidimpuan State Senior High School 4. This research was conducted using descriptive methods. This research was conducted in 1 Padangsidimpuan State High School 4 with a total of 36 students. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling technique.
Data collection methods used are questionnaires and tests. And the data analysis technique used is the t test and F test. The calculation of the research obtained the average value of Classroom Management Skills of 72.50 in the "Good" category. The average value of reinforcement is 74.44 in the "Good" category. The average value of Economics learning outcomes in the production material of 78 is in the "Good" category.
From the results of hypothesis testing analysis at a significance level of 5% or 0.005, it can be seen that the Skills of Classroom Management get significant value of 0.801 in other words a significant value greater than the level of significance or 0.801> 0.05, Ha is rejected, providing reinforcement has a significant value 0,009 in other words significant value is smaller than significant level or 0,009 <0,05 so H1 is accepted, while for learning outcomes of Economics Production Material gets significant value 0,000 with significant level of 5%, then significant value is smaller than significant level or 0,000 < 0,005 then H1 is accepted where X21 and X2 collectively have a variable against Y.
