PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN GURU MENGADAKAN VARIASI MENGAJAR TERHADAP HASILBELAJAR MATERI PELAJARANJURNAL KHUSUS DI KELAS XI AKUNTANSI SMKSWASTA HKBP PADANGSIIDMPUAN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe teacher's skill to make teaching variation on students’ special journal achievement, the average of students’ special journal achievement before and after using teacher's skill to make teaching variation, and whether there is a significant influence of teacher's skill to make teaching variation on students’ special journal achievement. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) at the eleventh grade students of SMK Swasta HKBP Padangsidimpuan with 36 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 73 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using teacher's skill to make teaching variation was 2.9 (good category) and b) the average of students’ special journal achievement before using teacher's skill to make teaching variation was 59.44 (fair category) and after using teacher's skill to make teaching variation was 78.75 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using paired sample ttest,, the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). It means, there is a significant influence of teacher's skill to make teaching variation on students’ special journal achievement.
