PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN GURU MEMBERIKAN PENGUATAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI SISWA DI KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 1 PINANGSORI

Abstract

ABSTRAK

                   This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement on students’ accounting achievement at the eleventh grade students of IPS major of SMA Negeri 1 Pinangsori. The research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative with 75 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 149 students. Documentation and observation were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement was 3.13 (good category) and b) the average of students’ accounting achievement was 81.61 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using ttest, the result showed ttable was less than   tcalculated(1.292<8.072). ). It means, there is a significant influence of teacher’s skill to give reinforcement on students’ accounting achievement at the eleventh grade students of IPS major of SMA Negeri 1 Pinangsori.
