PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KOPERASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM CREDIT UNION (CU) DOSNITAHI PINANGSORI KECAMATAN PINANGSORI KABUPATEN TAPANULI TENGAH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Cooperative Leadership on Work Productivity of Dosnitahi Pinangsori Savings and Loan Cooperative Employees (CU) Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This research uses a descriptive method. The population in this study were all employee cooperatives as many as 58 people. The sampling technique is using total sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis obtained using SPSS version 22, it is obtained that tcount is 4.265 when compared with ttable at a 95% confidence level or an error rate of 5% with degrees of freedom (dk) = N - 2 = 58-2 = 56 so that it can be seen that ttable is 1.673 with a comparison between tcount and ttable it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (4,265>1,673). Based on the results, it can be said that the significant value is less than (0.000 <0.05). Means that the hypothesis upheld in this study Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It means, "There is a significant influence between Cooperative Leadership on Employee Work Productivity at the Credit Union Savings and Loan Cooperative (CU) Dosnitahi Pinangsori, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency".
