PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN GURU MEMBERIKAN PENGUATAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI PADA MATERI LAPORAN KEUANGAN DI KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 TANTOM ANGKOLA

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know whether there is a significant correlation of teacher’s skill in using reinforcement on students’ accounting achievement on the topic financial statement at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Tantom Angkola. The research was conducted by using descriptive quantitative method with 35 students as the sample and they were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Test and questionnaire were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of students’ accounting achievement on the topic financial statement was 81.28 (very good category) and b) the average of teacher’s skill in using reinforcement was 3.31 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using SPSS version 17, it could be found a significant value was less 0.05 (0.029<0.05). It means, there is a significantt correlation of teacher’s skill in using reinforcement on students’ accounting achievement on the topic financial statement at the tenth grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Tantom Angkola.
