Abstract

Thesis titled "The Role of the Village in the Village Fund Management in the village of Muara Muara Hutaraja Batangtoru" This study aims to determine the bHow can Peran Genuine Desa Dnatural Panagemen Dana village in Muara Muara Hutaraja Batangtoru. The data collection technique used in this research is to use interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study amounted to 7devicevillages in Muara Hutaraja Village, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Government,Head of Hamlet and Community. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research conducted indicate that the village apparatus in Muara Hutaraja Village very important plays arole in managing village funds by carrying out their duties starting from the planning, implementation, accountability, and coaching processes that are carried out according to the responsibilities of each village apparatus in Muara Hutaraja Village and have carried out accountability to their realization Reports Revenue and Expenditure Budget Implementation Village (APBDes) Hutaraja Muara village, and RAB(Beingplanned Anggaran Biaya) that should be made by the village chief and also in the manufacture of the report by the Secretary villages.
