Abstract

The objectives of the research are to know the effect of Excellent Service to Increase Sales of Soap Products at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk at Indomaret Jl. Raja Inal Batunaduna Padangsidimpuan.  The population in this study were all of consutumers of IndomaretatJl. Raja Inal Batunadua Padangsidimpuan, and the total sample size is 40 people with the sampling technique using incidental sampling. The results showed: the average value (mean) 3.21 for variable X, namely Excellent Service. For the variable Y, namely the Increase in Product Sales, the average value is 2.89.  So that, it can be concluded based on the results of the SPSS 20 ANOVA table, it is known that the significances test of the regression line equation obtained a calculated F value of 19.297 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.005 that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence between Excellent Service on Increased Sales of Soap Products.  PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk At Indomaret Jl. Raja Inal Batunadua Padangsidimpuan.
