PENGARUH FASILITAS BELAJAR DI RUMAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 5 PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) how is the description of learning facilities at home to the learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 2) how is the description of the learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 3) whether there is a significant influence between the learning facilities at home to the learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from February to April 2021. The research method used was descriptive method. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The sampling technique used was a random sample of 35 students. Data collection techniques obtained by observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the calculations obtained from the results of data processing using SPSS Software Version 23, the results of the learning facility variable at home (variable X) obtained the t test index of 3.814 while the ttable was 1.689 with a significant value = 0.001. So it can be seen that the significant value is smaller than α (0.001 <0.05). It can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha received and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between learning facilities at home on the learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan.
