PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN GURU MELAKUKAN EVALUASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA MATERI UANG DIKELAS X SMA NEGERI 8 PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract
This study aims to know whether there was a significant influence of teacher’s skill to conduct evaluation on students’ economic achievement on the topic of money at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 8 Padangsidimpuan. The research was conducted by applying descriptive method with 48 students as the sample and they were taken by using total sampling technique. Questionnaire and test used in collecting the data. Based on analysis statistic, the result showed (a) the average of teacher’s skill to conduct evaluation was 74.58 (good category) and (b) the average of students’ economic achievement on the topic of money was 76.15 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistics by using simple linier regression (SPSS 22), the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.003<0.05). It means, there was a significant influence of teacher’s skill to conduct evaluation on students’ economic achievement on the topic of money at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 8 Padangsiidmpuan.
