This study aimed to examine the effect of leadership style of work motivation of South Tapanuli Regency Department of Religion Office employees. The population in this study are all South Tapanuli Regency Department of Religion Office employees with totaling by 48.The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. Based on calculations on statistical analysis shows that the average value of the use of Leadership style of South Tapanuli Regency Department of Religion Office is 2.90 with the category of "good", while the entrepreneurship learning result of students in the subject matter entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors before use of Leadership style obtained an average value of 2,945 with a category of "good" and after the use of Leadership style. For signaling hypothesis upheld in this study received or rejected, then the inferential analysis using the formula test "t-test".From the t-test results greater than t-table (8,145> 1.679).That means the alternative hypothesis is upheld in this study is acceptable.
