PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PICTURE AND PICTURE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA PADA MATERI PENGANGGURAN KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 1 SIBABANGUN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of using picture and picture learning model on students’ economic achievement on the topic unemployment at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sibabangun. The research was conducted by using experimental method with 38 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique. Test and observation were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analyzes, it could be found that a) the average of using picture and picture learning model on the topic unemployment was 3.20 (good category) and b) the average of students’ economic achievement on the topic unemployment before using picture and picture learning model was 74.55 (good category) and after using picture and picture learning model was 78.92 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using ttest, one tail, the result showed that ttable was less than tobserved(1.686<7.354), it means, there is a significant influence of using picture and picture learning model on students’ economic achievement on the topic unemployment at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sibabangun.
