Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

              This study aims to know there is a significant influence of using CORE learning model on students’ accounting achievement on the topic cost accounting at the eleventh grade students of accounting major of SMK Negeri 1 Panyabungan. The research was conducted by applying experimental method (one group pretest post test design) with 32 students as the sample and they were taken by using random sampling technique from 92 students. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analysis, it could be found (a) the average of using CORE learning model was 3.58 (very good category) and (b) the average of  students’ accounting achievement on the topic cost accounting before using CORE learning model was 57.65 (pair category) and after using CORE learning model was 77.03 (good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using pair sample ttest (SPSS 25), the result showed the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.00<0.05). It means there is a significant influence of using CORE learning model on students’ accounting achievement on the topic cost accounting at the eleventh grade students of accounting major of SMK Negeri 1 Panyabungan.
