Abstract

 Abstract: The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes on clothes material using the KWL (Know, Want to know, Learner) strategy at the eighth grade students of SMPN 6 Pagar Alam. The method used in this research is Action Research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consists of: Planning, Implementation, Observation and reflection. Based on the results of action research, the KWL Strategy (Know, Want to know, Learner) can improve learning outcomes at the eighth grade students of SMPN 6 Pagar Alam. Furthermore, the researcher recommends: (1) Teachers who experience the same difficulties can apply the KWL Strategy (Know, Want to know, Learner) to improve Learning Outcomes. (2) In order to get maximum results, teachers are expected to create more interesting and varied KWL (Know, Want to know, Learner) strategies.
