PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN PETA PIKIRAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI MATERI POKOK TEORI BIAYA PRODUKSI DI KELAS X MAN 1 SIPIROK OLEH: RISNAWATI SIREGAR

Abstract

The aim of this research was (1) to know describing of using map thought at tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok (2) to know describing of economics achievement in production cost theory at tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok (3) to know wheater there was a significat influence between using map thought and production cost theory at tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok. The method of this research was experimental. The population of this research was all the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok. They were consist of 4 classes which include 124 students. In collecting the data, the writer used questionnaire and test. The data was analyzed two ways. They are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. Based on descriptive analysis, the used of map thought had mean 2,6, it was categorised “good”. Economics achievement in production cost theory before using map thought had average 63.95, it was categorized “enough”. While economics achievement in production cost theory after using map thought had average 70.72, it was categorized “good”. Based on inferential statistics by using   ttes formula, it could be gotten that t count = 14.554 and ttable = 1.669 at confidence level 95% or error level 5%, df = N – 2 = 62 – 2 = 60. It could be seen that  t count was greater than ttable  (14.554 > 1.669). the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In means was a significant influence between using map thought and economics achievement in production cost theory at the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok. In the other words better usde map thought, better economics achievement in production cost theory at the tenth grade students of MAN 1 Sipirok.
