Abstract

This study aims to know whether there is a significant influence of applying of the learning active, creative, innovative, effective, and fun (PAIKEM) on students’ achievement on the topic of historical tradition of Indonesian society at the seventh grade students of MTs Swasta Jabalul Madaniyah. The method of this research is descriptive with 82 students as the sample. Descriptive and inferential analyzes are used to analyzed the data. Based on the data analysis, it was found that: (1) the average of applying PAIKEM is 2.53 (good category), (2) the average of on students’ achievement on the topic of historical tradition of Indonesian society is 71.40 (good category), and (3) tcount is greater than ttable (8,18>1,99). It can be concluded that there is a significant influenceof applying of the learning active, creative, innovative, effective, and fun (PAIKEM) on students’ achievement on the topic of historical tradition of Indonesian society at the seventh grade students of MTs Swasta Jabalul Madaniyah Sijungkang.
